Using SalesHero in Your Zoom Calls

There are a couple of ways to allow SalesHero AI Meeting Assistant to join your Zoom calls

Option 1: Invite SalesHero AI Meeting Assistant to Join Your Zoom Meeting Through the SalesHero Website

1. Head over to your calendar and copy your Zoom meeting invite.
2. Log in to the SalesHero website and navigate to the Calendar tab.
3. Paste your Zoom meeting invite into the Meeting Link bar as shown in the screenshot below, then click the Add AI Assistant button.

4. Within about 15 seconds, the SalesHero Meeting Assistant will join your call. Allow it to record the call by clicking on the Allow Recording button.

Option 2: Have SalesHero AI Meeting Assistant Join Your Zoom Meetings Automatically

1. Ensure you have granted SalesHero permission to connect to your Google Calendar.
2. To double-check, go to the Calendar tab. You should be able to see your Zoom meetings listed on this page.
3. Make sure the ‘Add SalesHero Bot’ toggle is switched on, as shown in the screenshot below.

4. Once steps 1–3 are completed, the SalesHero AI Meeting Assistant will automatically join your meeting when it starts.
